Marivate Attorneys Incorporated was founded in 2002 by Mr Elon Rhulani Marivate, admitted that year as both attorney and conveyancer and, in 2010, as a notary. What began as a sole practice has grown steadily into a full-service firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers.

Elon Rhulani Marivate founded the firm in 2002 and has built it from a sole practice into a full-service firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers. Admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 2002 and as a notary in 2010, he leads the firm's practice with a hands-on, client-first approach and deep expertise across property, labour and commercial law.

University of Venda graduate, admitted as an attorney in 2017. Specialises in commercial and civil litigation, estate management and labour law, with extensive knowledge of court procedures.
Dynamic associate with right of appearance in the High Court. UWC alumna who joined in 2018 and now has 3+ years post-qualification experience in corporate commercial law and compliance.
Admitted attorney of the High Court since 2019 with a keen interest in family and labour law. Holds an LLB from the University of Venda and brings years of civil and general litigation experience.
